eyeliner pen recommendations 

I am looking for a good eyeliner pen, I like to sometimes wear some eyeliner on my tight line & aslo water line but I've found myself using eyeliners that smudge & runs really easily, my eyes are always quite watery.. Is there any eyeliner you recommend? Should I got for a gel pen? Is it really better? Any recommendations is appreciated thank you 🙂

@Amandaa18 This one might be a bit old news at this point, but I used to wear eyeliner everyday and was VERY loyal to the stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner because I truly never had to worry about it smudging! And, it seems to always be included in sales on Amazon and/or other beauty stores, so a lot of times I could find it for as low as $11.

Inglot gel liner with an angled brush is my favorite. They have a bunch of colors.

@greeneyedgirl107 I have used the liners to tightline.  I have heard other people use the Inglot gel liners on the waterline.  I use kohl eyeliners from VB, CT, and PMG for my waterline.

I would recommend Danessa Myricks Beauty Linework Paintbrush Fluid Liquid Eyeliner 0.034 oz / 1 ml @Amandaa18 it's got a brush like tip and once you get the hang of it, it's a beautiful eyeliner pen.

For my water line thou, I've only ever used pencil, never a liquid. 

I don't have water eyes and can't recommend anything for that issue, I have heard fantastic things about Victoria Beckham's and D'iors pencil eyeliner's.
