eye cream

hi everyone ,

I'm looking for an eye cream,
Perfect for a person with very visible bluish or even dark circles ...

thin skin and probably clotting problem.
Which one do you recommend?
I have read that Ginkgo Biloba and Arnica are good ingredients in combination with Vitamin C Do you have such a product available?
