best mascara for easily weighed down eyelashes

Hi, I have really thin yet long lashes, and they usually aren't able to hold a curl without waterproof mascara. However I find it harder to find a waterproof mascara now, and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions of a regular mascara that won't weigh down my lashes? I've tried Estee Lauder, Benefit's Roller Lash, Lancome Hypnose Drama but none of them seem to work. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem and attack the problem in three ways..

- get your eyelashes dyed at a salon, it'll make it so you don't have to coat them as much to get a uniform color. cost is usually about $15 and lasts 6-8weeks

- get your eyelashes permed at the salon. cost is about $35 and lasts 6-8 weeks. this will give you the curl you want/need, again, so you don't have to put on as much heavy product

- I use benefit They're Real. I like this formula because it sets quickly and holds it shape, giving my lashes some stiffness to help prevent them from 'sagging'
