When will the ABH $1 wells be restocked?

When you buy 4 ABH eyeshadows you get a discount, but only after you add that $1 well into your cart. Well the empty palette/well is out of stock, and has been out of stock for weeks. This seems like a grand oversight by Sephora. If the well is out of stock shouldn't the website recognize that the well is out of stock and just give the discount anyways?

It's still out of stock but I live in Canada so that's why it may be showing in stock for you and out of stock for me
