What is the best smudge proof liner for lower lash line?

I use a brown liner under my lower lash line with a black liquid line on the top lash line.  I have more problems with the lower line smudging than the top.  What liners work well and won't smudge under the eye?

Pretty much agree with everyone here. Make Up For Ever Aqua XL pencils are amazing and so are the highliners from Marc Jacobs.

Make Up For Ever Aqua XL eyeliners are absolutely amazing. Waterproof, smudge proof, life-proof. I wear contacts and so it's super important that my liners and mascaras don't smudge, or else they get on my lenses. This stuff is amazing. Strongly recommend!!

I love the anastatia liner. It comes in a pot, and many many colors. I use it all the time for lower and upper lash, and its very creamy to put on but doesn't budge for over 12 hours. I believe it is also waterproof, but doesn't have that sticky thick feeling that waterproof makeup has. It's also relatively inexpensive! Hope this helps!

I have that problem too and the only eyeliner thats never smudged on me is The Marc Jacobs highliner gel liners!
