Under eye makeup smearing

Does anyone have suggestions for a primer or a kind eyeliner or concealer that won't just just blend together and end up under my eyes

Set the under eye area with a setting powder after concealer it'll prevent your concealer from moving around or wearing off quickly. Hope this helps that is something that always works for me! 🙂
