Under Eye Brightener?

Reasonably new to getting into make-up products, I'm quite useless with everything 'girl' so need help! I want to find a product that really helps with brightening up my under eyes, whether that's a miracle concealer or a really good foundation - I just need recommendations! 

I have used the 'Wake Me Up' concealer by Rimmel which I heard was great for brightening, but I didn't find it did anything for me at all - I don't like anything too heavy, so all recommendations welcome!

Hello....I would like to recommend Bobbi Brown's Corrector. It is cream based. You can use your fingers or a brush. I've also included a pic of it. Hope this helps!
