A more affordable suggestion is the garnier micellar cleansing water. There's different types for your skin type and I usually suggest a moisturizer right after but it also works as a great makeup remover and it's around 7-10$ search up micellar challenge on YouTube by garnier and I don't think you'll be disappointed!

@chenxi I would search beautypedia for rec's.  The important thing to remember is that you want to avoid toners with alcohol.  On the surface they seem like a good idea b/c if you have oily/acne-prone skin, you can think that you are helping yourself "dry out" your skin.  However, drying your skin with alcohol-infused products just makes your skin produce more oil in the long run and you can wind up with worse problems.  Good luck!

If you're looking for something inexpensive, I use seabreeze for sensitive skin, I buy mine at Sally's and I love it!!
