Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner - formula change?

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner has changed its formula recently?

 

It's been my favorite eyeliner for YEARS now, and I've never had a problem with it, but I bought a new tube of it recently, and the two times I've used it, my eyelids have swelled up hugely and I've gotten small, itchy hives around my eye area. I'm wondering if something in the formula has changed, or if maybe I just got a bad/expired tube of it. I don't want to switch brands, but I also don't want to risk spending the money on a new one if it might be a permanent formula change that I'm allergic to. Anyone heard anything about this, or experienced something similar?
