Sephora Collection Miniature Palette

Pretty recently, Sephora released the collection of Miniature eyeshadow Palettes. They released 3 kinds: Donut, Cookie, and Nougat. All are comprised of different color eyeshadows, and I've heard that the quality is not fantastic. I have been told that Cookie would look best with my blue-green eye color, but I want to hear from you guys. What are your thoughts on this, and what would you recommend?
