Product authenticity

If a product can not be tagged, does that usually mean it is not authentic? I've noticed with the BROW CHOW it does not pull up on any app. I got it in my IPSY subscription. Am I buying bad makeup?  How do I know who's being transparent?

Hi @IamMimi77!

 

If you mean Brow Chow can't be tagged on Sephora, it means Sephora doesn't carry the item.

I've personally never heard of Brow Chow tho.
