Oily inner/outer eye corners - oily skin

Hi!

I’ve been struggling with this issue for a long while. I have oily lids so I use a primer, use exclusively waterproof eyeliner + mascara, and bake near my lash line to prevent some smudging. I also set my under eyes after concealer but I feel like it may be the culprit. 
My biggest gripe is the moisture in my inner AND outer eye corners that makes my eyeliner smudge down to my lower lash line. is there any other way to prevent this? I’m open to new product recommendations and techniques to try.

I’ve started using the Huda Beauty waterproof eyeliner. It works great for me and doesn’t smudge all day. I have oily eyelids and mostly my eyeliner starts running and smudging everywhere.
