You can't go wrong with the Viseart Neutral Mattes palette. Yes, it's pricey but it'll last you forever. It has a great range of light to deep shades and it's a fantastic palette to use on its own or as a base for shimmers, glitters or liquid shadows. A less expensive option is the Too Faced Natural Eyes. It has a mix of mattes and shimmers but it does lean more warm than neutral. If you want drugstore options, try Milani's Soft and Sultry, currently on sale on their website, or ColourPop's Going Coconuts. Good luck!!

I like Too Faced Natural Matte Eyeshadow Palette and Bobbi Brown Nude Drama II Eyeshadow Palette Bobbi Brown Nude Drama Eyeshadow Palette.  For a pinkish palette, my favorite is HUDA BEAUTY The New Nude Eyeshadow Palette.

If you want something more natural looking, you can try the Urban Decay palettes.  They're not really pigmented so they're great for natural, everyday looks.
