Neutral cool-toned eyeshadow for pale skin

Hey y’all! I’ve been looking for a decent cool-toned eyeshadow palette for a while. I currently own Colourpop’s Fame palette, but there are way too many shimmery shades for my taste. I have fairly pale skin (I wear Tarte’s Shape Tape Foundation and Concealer in Fair Neutral if you’re curious) and prefer a more natural look when I choose to wear eyeshadow, so I’m not looking for anything super dark or flashy. I’m also not looking to spend more than $40, but I’d splurge a bit more to find a palette that truly works. Does anyone have any suggestions?
