Need eye makeup tips

Brunette with brown eyes and weak brows.  Given that my lipstick doesn't show due to masks I'm looking to purchase some nice staple eye products for an easy, quick, everyday look.  Not overly done, more natural so my eyes will pop a bit more that they do.  Looking for recommendations on liner/mascara/eyebrow pencil/ shadow and mascara in brands and shades. 

Do you fellow brunettes wear blue eyeliner?  I find that dark smokey greys and dark blues look nice. Thanks

liner-you can go with a brown liner if you didn’t want to go with black. Gel liners I like Inglot, kohl liners I love the ones from Charlotte Tilbury and Pat Mcgrath. 

mascara-  Yves Saint Laurent The Shock Volumizing Mascara Lancôme Monsieur Big Extreme 0.33 oz/ 10 mL You can get brown or burgundy if black is too harsh
