Need Suggestion for smudge free , waterproof eye kohl pencil for waterline

Hello,

 

I am looking for kohl pencil that does not smudge and can be applied to waterline. Can you please help?

Nars eyeliner kohl pencil is smudge free. I am using that for many years and I love it.

After trying so many I found my best kohl pencil from Sephora which is waterproof and long lasting

@Anonymous I love Ardency Inn eye liners.  They are great for the waterline and glide on smooth.
