Milk Makeup Eye Vinyl makes everything smudge

I just bought Milk Makeup's Eye Vinyl. I love the no frills focus of this line. Love the gloss of this product! It looks so good.

I wear liquid eyeliner daily as cat-eyes. 

Found out today Eye Vinyl smudges my liner to the point that I now have involuntary smokey eyes in my creases. LOL. Any liners out there with a fine-tip applicator that will last w/o smudging despite being next to tacky eye make-up like this?

You would be hard pressed to find any liners that don't smudge with the Milk Makeup Eye Vinyl because it is an oil based product and, generally speaking, eye glosses just aren't intended for longevity.
