Milk Kush Mascara

i got the Milk Kush mascara in the mail as a bday gift and loved the formula. After finishing the sample i bought a full size one. However when i opened it the applicator was covered in thick, clumpy tar-like formula. I don’t know if i just got a bad batch but i’m extremely unimpressed.
