Mascara that won’t smear

Hi everyone! I struggle with TICS that make me squint my eyes randomly and It constantly gives me panda eyes with all the mascaras I’ve tried. Could anyone recommend a mascara that won’t smear as easily? Thank you!

@morgspage, I found waterproof mascara works better for me - they tend to smear or smudge less easily. Currently, my top 2 are Lancôme Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara 01 Waterproof Big is The New Black ($30) or Yves Saint Laurent Lash Clash Extreme Volume Waterproof Mascara Black ($32). For something a little easier on the wallet, #SEPHORA COLLECTION Love The Lift Curling + Volumizing Waterproof Mascara Ultra Black ($13) works nicely as well.
