I recently purchased the Highliner Gel Crayon in the mini 3 set and I thought these would be different like have some sort of pigmentation.

I had gotten the black shade previously from the bday reward thing, but it never shows up on my waterline at all nor does it show up just doing a swatch on my hand.

Now I ordered this one thinking I just got a wrong batch, but all 3 of these are doing the same thing...why are they so dry?  anyone else have this issue?

@LillieLR  It might be that they dried out. Usually I love it, but I did have one that ended up drying out, and did not show that well anymore.

really? this is like the 2nd or 3rd time....and i was really hoping to use them. i feel like i should just return them and not even bother purchasing the full size.
