Liquid Eyeliner for Oily Skin

Hi. I've been using the Kat Von D Tattoo Eyeliner for so long and I absolutely love how precise it is and how strong the color is. The only issue is that as the day goes on, my lids start to become oily, especially in the Summer months. As my lids get oily, the liner begins to smear and muddle up my eyeshadows. I've also been using more cream based and liquid eyeshadows and the issue becomes more prevalent when I use them. Does anyone have a recommendation on liquid eyeliner pens for oily skin/works well with cream&liquid eyeshadows? I'd really prefer a pen vs a gel pot since work has me on the go a lot of the time.

Hi There, 

I suggest checking out the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner. It lasts all day and I have oily eyelids. 

I also love the Ciate Chisel Liner High Definition Tip Eyeliner. I love the tip of this eyeliner and find it so easy to apply. I also do not have an issue with this eyeliner budging.
