Large eyelids

My lids are larger (from crease to lash line) than most women.  On one hand, that gives me a bigger canvas to work with, but on the other hand I feel like the eyeshadow “templates” out there don’t work for me.  Any suggestions?

@SRPintheDMV hi, this is a tricky question. Maybe you should book a makeup consultation in a store, where they know about every eye/lid shapes, and what works best for them!
