Lancôme lashe idole mascara removal suggestions??

I just purchased Lancôme Lash Idôle Mascara a few days ago and I was in love at first swipe! The application process is great! The wand is perfectly shaped and provides great separation. The formula gives great volume and length- there are no clumps!

I thought I found the perfect mascara, but removal is a different story… I use Bioderma Sensibio micelle solution and Shiseido cotton squares to remove my eye makeup. Typically I hold the soaked cotton onto my eyes for 30-60 seconds to allow the solution to work so I’m not rubbing my eyes too much.

When I went to start wiping the makeup off, the mascara comes off in clumps. It doesn’t break down like most mascaras. I got clumps all over my face went through several cotton squares when I usually just need 2, got the clumps in my eyes, it was a mess!! 

It’s messy enough to where I’m actually considering returning it. Does anyone have recommendations for a better way to remove this product?
