Is the subculture palette worth it?

So after watch A LOT of YouTube channels and their reviews I feel like I LOVE the color but the fallout may be controllable if I use a light hand but every single YouTuber kept swirling in the palette like if they wanted to destroy it on purpose so does anyone actually have the palette and does taking a little product and building up help?

Even if you do avoid fallout, it oxidizes and blends weirdly. ( Swatches  which demonstrate this: http://imgur.com/a/2t4re )

There was still fallout but if you use a light hand and build up the colors, it's not as bad.

if you like it, buy it! I recommend using a setting spray before using a blending brush on the palette to help reduce fallout. Consistency in texture is The issue but nothing a spray bottle can't fix!
