Is the “Urban Decay Naked Palette” a good choice?

I’ve been eyeing this palette since it has been on sale but want to know more about it before I order it since there are mixed reviews. Recently I’ve been using the Chocolate Bard by Too Faced so how would they compare. Is it still worth the discounted price or should I just skip it?

It's a good palette, does what it needs to do. I think at a discounted price it's totally worth it!
