How to keep on gel eyeliner

Hey, fam!  

 

I love gel eyeliner (using Marc Jacobs). This is the NON liquid kind.  But, it does not stay on me.  What are some tips to actually keep it budge-proof?  Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner Blacquer 42

@loveyall @Use eye primer and put a powder shadow on top in the same color
