Hooded eye

Any tips on how to wing eyeliner when I have hooded eyes???

Look up Stephanie Lange on YouTube, she has done several videos on different styles of winged liner for hooded eyes. I think drawing a line from the corner of your eye that runs straight under where it folds is probably your best bet but it does depend somewhat on the shape of your eye (so not your lid) and your eyebrows.
