Help!!!! I can't cover/hide tear troughs!

Ok ladies. I need help!!  I have dark circles (from horrible allergies all year) but these tear troughs are killing me!! I can cover the dark circles but NOTHING and I mean NOTHING I have tried will conceal or correct them without being really heavy and cakey. Anyone else have this issue ? If so, how/what do you do?

Thank you so much!! After reading the article, maybe it isn't tear troughs.. I don't have the bags under my eyes. Maybe I'm just not hydrated enough ! Or lack of sleep! I never sleep well. But the article will help me! Thank you again!
