Full Waterproof Wedding Makeup Look

Hi I need some help finding waterproof everything for my wedding. Im a crier so I need help in waterproof eyeshadow, liquid and non liquid eyeliner, mascara, lipstick and possibly even some foundation and concealer that will last through a storm.

I use "Better Than Sex;" Waterproof mascara. Then there is the waterproof felt tip liner by Sephora that works very well too. You have precise control over your line. I would just search on Sephora for waterproof blush and foundations. I found out they are usually creams, powder do not do well in water.

I have lots of deep wrinkles in my lips and lipstick just disappears. I've tried everything out there. What works the best for me is to fill my lips in completely with the same color lip pencil as your lipstick then the lipstick. An extra step that helps is to take a thin tissue and place it against your lips and lightly brush a setting powder like Laura mercier translucent powder or bare minerals hydrating mineral veil ( if you have dry lips) then another layer of lipstick. 🙂

Stila's liquid lipstick has the best staying power of any lipstick I've ever tried. KVD is great too but doesn't stay quite as long, but realistically you're probably going to have to reapply at some point anyways. The UD Ultimate Ozone Lip Primer also helps me a lot.

I'd second the Dior airbrush foundation, it's the only thing I've found that can make it through almost any social event. It actually even makes it through setting up an entire booth for a trade show (which means tons of sweat) and still look good when you work opening night. 

Dior's nude concealer also has one of the better staying powers I've found, but it still isn't totally cold or real crying jag proof (if you'd end up blowing your nose a a ton, but it has made it through funerals for me), but would probably work for a wedding

Chanel's long-wear lipgloss/stick isn't bad, but you will probably end up needing to reapply the top glossy coat.

The Aqua Seal by Make Up For Ever is really good and it really does work for the longest wear even thru crying.  

Anastasia Beverly Hills sells the Lash Genius which is a waterproof sealant for mascara in case the mascara you know and love to use isn't waterproof.  

For lipstick, I would opt for a liquid lipstick instead of the traditional Lipsticks.  Kat Von D's Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks will seal nicely but won't last thru eating especially if you're eating something greasy.  

Airbrush foundation is probably your best bet for waterproof but it's expensive to get.  The Dior Airflash Foundation is a really good option.  CK One Foundation (sold in Ulta) actually sets itself with no fuss, and is buildable.  The coverage on it tho is sheer so if you need full coverage you'll need to layer it.

Make Up For Ever Aqua range was originally developed for the French Synchronized Swimming team so I would start there.  I recommend the Aqua Seal, this will transform your eye makeup into an ultra long wearing water-proof product.  You can mix a drop into your eye primer, apply a coat over your eyeshadows and eye liners( or even mix in when applying).  I would also suggest the Urban Decay All-Nighter setting spray as a finishing step to your makeup application.

Give the ABH beauty genius a try as a primer for your eye makeup.  I use it when allergies are ramped up and I'm dealing with watery eyes and it keeps everything, even winged liner, perfect!
