Hi everyone! I desperately need a good eye primer! I use concealer, usually shape tape, but my eyeshadow always disappears. I have very oily eyelids, so if anyone else has that problem, what kind of primer do you use? I’ve used the urban decay primer potion before and it didn’t work either.
