Eyeliner recs for smile lines?

I’ve had smile lines around my eyes since I was a kid and it makes winged eyeliner very difficult. I’ve tried various formulations - including waterproof - and using a primer on my eyelids and around the eye area. The wing itself always smudges or fades entirely after about 3 hours. What recommendations do y’all have for this???

@Funkyfufugal @Have you tried applying a shadow in the same color as the liner on top of it and using a setting powder and spray?
