What is an affordable eyelash serum to use for short thin and light lashes? Also, What are good ideas for mascara for eyelashes that are short and pale? Preferably curling

For an eyelash serum that's affordable I recommend #The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum 

For mascara, I heard this tip in the BIC threads and tried it myself and found it helped curl my lashes 💗

When you do your mascara, each time you apply it hold the wand lifting your lashes at the base for like 15 seconds and then pull your lashes through as you normally would, so do this each time you put it on your lashes working across your eye, follow with your eyelash curler.

I get good lift when I use that Technique with any of my mascaras ( #MILK MAKEUP Mini KUSH High Volumizing Mascara 0.13 oz/ 4 mL I like this one alot)
