Eye lid primer

What is a good primer for eyelids? Or is a concealer better?

@Shawnshine Some people can use concealer as a base and others cannot.  Eyelids can usually get oily so the shadow may crease or not last.

 

I love using MAC prep and prime 24 hour eye base.
