Extremely sensitive eyes

I am 46 and I’ve tried just about every eye cream out there. I have bags under my eyes that could be considered carry-on’s and so many fine lines. Major dark circles but that’s due to a health issue so I’m mainly looking for something to firm up the loose skin (that’s being kind) until I’m cleared for a bleph next year. Anything with fragrance is a no. Any suggestions? Thank you.
