Does anyone else ever sometimes get a “bad” tube of mascara?

I’m just wondering if this happens to anyone else, or if it may just be my local Sephora but I repurchase the same mascara (milk makeup kush mascara) time after time and every once in a while I feel like I just get a “bad” tube. Like it will not apply as it usually does, or it has even happened where I go to use it and barely any product comes out on the wand almost as if the tube is nearly empty. (And it will be brand new, just purchased and taken out of the packaging)
