Dark blue/navy eyeliner - searching, can’t find

Hi!

I am looking for a dark blue eyeliner that was on the Canadian Sephora App and now I can’t find it.

There was a video in the images of a woman applying it. She applied it all around her eye. 

I would describe the colour as dark blue, navy or midnight blue and not light blue. A pencil and not a liquid. 

It could have been under new products or luxury products. 

If you can help me find it I would so grateful as I have been searching with all kinds of filters for a few days and no luck.

I am not sure about about how to find the dark blue eye makeup in our area , I guess there might be online products available ...
