Concealer disappearing under eye/cakes into lines

I cannot figure out a way to get concealer to stop settling into these 2 lines under my eyes! I've also recently begun having an issue where the concealer disappears from the outer corner. ( have very oily skin around my eyes - which I'm sure is definitely the culprit.

I've tried various primers, eye creams, concealers, with and with/out baking. 

Does anyone have any product recommendations/tips to help with this? Thanks!

I would recommend setting the concealer with the slightest bit of loose powder immediately after blending the under eye area. I used to have this issue before I started doing this and I find that it really helps prevent the lines from forming.

Apply Skin To Die For primer before concealer. It’s a blurring product so it fills lines in a bit.
