Color pop

Hello fellow beauties. Can I help your help on getting tips on what to use or how to get the colorful colors to pop on darker complexions?

Re: Color pop

Hi @Sundaeee! You got some great replies below.  I thought I would link this thread for you... in case you haven't come across it on the forum. I've seen some great color swatches that pop on it. Maybe that can help you as well. 🙂

Using a very light coloured (or white, even) primer or concealer underneath will make colours show up much brighter. You have to be careful to cover up all of the primer, or it looks a bit odd.

Okay. thanks Sandy!

RE: Color pop

Using a great primer can make all the difference when trying to get shadows to pop! I use Two Face shadow insurance or UD primer potion, but Smashbox has a great budget friendly shadow primer that works just as well for me. Xxxx-C

Thanks so much Cortney. I will definitely try.

Re: Color pop

Try the eye palettes on Julias!!  They are super pigmented (especially with a light primer underneath) also, they are inexpensive.

Thanks Naud. I appreciate the help.
