Can/ should I apply foundation on my under-eyes before applying concealer?

@mtlgirlxox  If you are young/er, or you think you can get away with, sure, why not. I can't do that anymore. Too much product for my under eye area. So I only go in with a thin layer of concealer. But you can do both, sure. Whatever works for you. Try with some thin layers first and go from there. You can easily add more if needed. It's gonna take some playing around to see what works best for you. So go ahead and play! And have fun!
