Best gel eyeliner?

I've been using Sephora's gel eyeliner "Rio Nights" and I am so in love with it. I need more, and I noticed I can't get it online or in stores before! I used their black "Outrageous" liner...and I was less than impressed. It was very watery and hard to put on for me. I was considering trying Bobbi Brown or NARS, but I'm a little scared to make that transition. I love applying eyeliner with a brush.

ok so I'll be honest with you.  elf is just as good as bobbi brown and it's only $3 so if you don't like it, its nbd.  The only difference is it doesn't specify if you can use it on your waterline, and the case is plastic as opposed to glass.
