Best eyebrow product with fibers

I have very sparse eyebrows from waxing and also they are too light. What do you suggest? Would fibers in the product help? I’m in my 60’s and look younger but my eyebrows don’t!

The girl that did my lashes though, just used a pencil to kind of fill in my brows... but my issue is they are kind of blonde and transparent. I was pretty amazed at how good they looked when she was done though, just a few brushes with a pencil and I was like holy cow!!
