hands down tattoo liner is always one I'll come back to because it's the most pigmented and last the longest, the bristle tip doesn't stain like felt too liners do when you have eyeshadow on but if you don't like the somewhat bulkiness of the tip the lamcome grandlirose liner is great as well (little more pricey) the brush is thin thin while already giving you a way to make a wing by more or less stamping it and the way it bends makes it easy to angle the wing and apply across the lash line

Kat Von D Tattoo liner, I have hooded and oily eyelids and this is the only liner that doesn't smudge, fade, run, or transfer onto the hood of my eye. It stays on and stays black all day
