Anastasia Eye Primer: How do you think they can fix the packaging?

As many of you have noticed the Anastasia Eye Primer is a great product but the second we open it, the product just leaks everywhere and it gets messy. I personally think they stuffed way too much product inside but what do you think they can do to fix the packaging?
