Advice on homecoming makeup

I got this beautiful lavender dress for homecoming and I cant decide what I should do for my eye makeup. I was originally going for a black dress and I was going to go for my usual "grunge" makeup with a wing but now I'm not sure if I should add something with purple? I found some pictures on Pinterest I was thinking of using but do yall have any advice or ideas? I'm a junior and this is the first school dance I'm attending (:

@AidenMyz @I wore a light purple dress to my prom and did my own makeup. I had a light pink lip and for my eyes I did purple. 

If you wanted to amp up the look you could do light purple shimmer on the eyes and a dark burgundy lip with false lashes.
