24/7 eyeliner dried up

The cap for my 24/7 wasn't on all the way and it dried up to the point that I can pull the product out of the pencil as one long stick. Is there a way to restore the product's usability? TIA.

Hi @LizzieBee67 

 

You could try heating up the eyeliner with a lighter.  That's what I do to make the color darker.
