100 Shades of Eyeshadow Challenge

Inspired by @Samtian 's new year's resolution and the 100 Days of Lipstick Challenge started by @snoflakefaerie ! I thought it would be fun to do the same thing with eyeshadows!!

I have so many eyeshadow shades I never wear!  The 100 days of lip challenge has really encouraged me to branch out! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to make my way through my whole collection using different shades each day! Share some eye looks or swatches - whatever's easier!

@Samtian That combo and placement is pretty, and it really shows off how much lid space you have. Big gorgeous eyes!

My original take on this challenge was to wear eyeshadow for 100 days straight, and that pretty much happened, with a few needed gaps. Now I'm awash in new eyeshadow palettes, so I'm taking it as is-- 100 shades, starting today, NY's day. First using my yet untouched ABH Sultry, I received the vault as a gift. The liner is nice!

Although I wasn't particularly trying to use many shades today, the colors in Sultry layer so well that you just keeping adding more for depth. So I ended up using 8 shades for a really simple look: Fresh, Pearl, Twig, Dystopian, Cyborg, Ember, Birch & Noir. 92 shades to go!

No brows on, it's a holiday.The liner from the Vault is very wet at first

@idanyd Thanks! I decided I'd start up the actual counting again, and may cycle through again after; I must have 2, 3 hundred colors I've never used or used once.

@heavyhedon   I love it when looks just come together like that.  Sometimes I don’t want to stop applying so I keep layering and layering 😄. The smoked sunset lid is super pretty:)

@Samtian , LOL, me too most of the time. These shimmers are weightless, though.

I was thinking about getting this palette.  What do you think about it?!

@ShanShanMa85     Beautiful and easy to use. The shimmers are so soft and easy to touch on. The mattes blended well too, and I did this look with nothing but moisturizer, applied hours earlier, on my eyes. It was super quick to layer shades in the crease, too. (And these pics do no justice to the intensity of color, we have dim light in our old house all winter). I have a lot of neutrals already but this is special, and I'm so glad I finally got it, it's going to be loved & used. I'm not one to recommend that others go and spend a bunch of money; but if you want it, I think it's a classic palette, and the vault is on sale at Ulta right now, for much cheaper than it was at Sephora. BUT-- a bunch of other ABH palettes and the Jackie Aina vault are on similar sale at ABH's site. 😋
