100 Shades of Eyeshadow Challenge

Inspired by @Samtian 's new year's resolution and the 100 Days of Lipstick Challenge started by @snoflakefaerie ! I thought it would be fun to do the same thing with eyeshadows!!

I have so many eyeshadow shades I never wear!  The 100 days of lip challenge has really encouraged me to branch out! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to make my way through my whole collection using different shades each day! Share some eye looks or swatches - whatever's easier!

That is exactly it @Estelamusic. This palette just blends itself and the colours melt into one another making it easy to use 💋 I’m glad I bought it. I also just threw in my cart and cashed out the PMG quad (astral blitz?) purple, blue one. It was half price 🥳 this is turning into a Boujee month 🤣

81- Maybelline Velvet Quad. Overall these still perform well enough for being uh really old. I'm hoping to use them with other colors I'm working on to try and pan them. I believe I have 29 palettes left to test. The random generator chose KVD Fetish next! See the one missing the applicator? It jabbed me in the eye lol.

Believe it or not, I have eyeshadows that are older.

@heavyhedon Do they still work well? These ones are either around or older than 10 years.

Yep, but they're not regular pressed powders-- one is loose, some are cake colors (used wet). Just this January I decluttered some Mary Kay singles from the 90s though, normal powder shadow, that worked perfectly the same as always, silky and smooth-- but I felt I needed to move on. I've always kept my makeup in the original boxes as long as possible, and also store in all in the dark, dry shelves of my linen closet, so it tends to last longer than if unboxed on a vanity or in clear drawers. Light and heat and moisture degrade everything faster.
