I have very dry skin and I love Tatcha renewal cream and Tacha face oil on top. My skin feels so hydrated when I wake up.

Hylauonic acid is the best ingredient for adding moisture to your skin in my opinion.  

 You'll probably want a thicker cream over top to lock the moisture in.  CereVe is really great.

Well this isn't a moisturizer but more like a serum. It's Consonant HydrExtreme. You can use it alone or mix it with your moisturizer and it's really good for dry skin. It helps with dry patches too. I love this product and it's definitely an HG for me. I had flaky patches and this took care of it. It's somewhat expensive but worth it IMO. Plus you don't need that much so it will last you for a while. If you are in the US check out Costco... they had it there at one point at a discounted price. Hope this helps.
