Winter making my skin so dry

I am getting what I think are dry spots. Just my eyelids and under my eyes and slightly on my mouth area. Suggestions for a product to help with dry skin would be great! Thanks

I also like applying the CeraVe healing ointment over my moisturizer in the PM to make sure I really lock everything in. It has really done wonders for me and a tub of it will last a lifetime.

@kitkat44 for the winter you might want to just amp up your moisturizer to help battle TEWL and provide a more occlusive setting to hold in moisture.

I'm currently using Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping & Hydrating Moisturizer  but the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer 1.7 oz/ 50 mL is also great.
