Winter foundation?

Ladies, I have been thinking about it a lot. First of all, do you think we should have a “winter” and “summer” foundations with different formulas? and can anyone recommend a moisturizing foundation/B.B./cc cream for dry skin for winter?

I find that in the summer I'm able to get away with wearing more matte foundations than I can in the winter just because my winter skin gets so dry.

I really like glowy and dewy looks for the winter. Yves Saint Laurent All-in-one glow has been my favourite.

I also use DIOR - BACKSTAGE Face & Body Foundationaand mix a bit of the tarte tinted moisturizer in to make it a bit dewier

@artwaccent The only thing I change between summer and winter is the color of my foundation since summertime I tend to be a little darker.  A good foundation for winter that I love is NARS - Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30
